Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched in 2–4 working days and delivered 4–8 working days across India. Made-to-order and custom pieces take an additional 5–10 days to create.
How much is shipping?
A flat ₹79 anywhere in India, and free on orders above ₹799.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, for physical products, with a ₹49 handling fee. Custom and made-to-order pieces require prepayment or an advance.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the piece and the packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is handmade individually, so small variations in colour, size and expression are natural and part of its charm. We only photograph real pieces from the same batch.
Are your products safe for children?
Our clay and paints are non-toxic, but miniatures contain small parts and are decorative keepsakes, not toys for children under 6. The Kids Clay Craft Kit is designed specifically for ages 6+.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes — wedding return gifts, office gifting and event favours from 20 pieces upwards. Choose "Bulk / corporate gifting" in the form and tell us your quantity and date.
