This website is operated by Keli Mini. For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, contact our grievance officer Keli Mini at info@kelimini.in (+91 8708201050), or reach us on info@kelimini.in or WhatsApp +91 87082 01050. We reply within 7 days and resolve requests within 30 days.

When you order: your name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, delivery address, order notes and the items you bought.

When you request a custom piece: your name, email, WhatsApp number, description, budget, date and any reference photo you choose to upload.

For spam and fraud protection: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, phone number and email. It cannot be turned back into the original and is deleted automatically after 2 days (orders keep a hashed IP for fraud checks).

Your bag and wishlist are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us until you place an order.

To process, deliver and support your order or custom request; to contact you about it on WhatsApp or email; to prevent fake orders and abuse; and to meet tax and legal record-keeping duties. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Supabase (secure database and photo storage), Vercel (website hosting), GoDaddy (our email provider, which carries order alerts to us and sign-in codes to you), WhatsApp / Meta (when you choose to send us your order on WhatsApp), courier partners (only your name, phone and address, to deliver), and — once online payments are enabled — Razorpay. Each receives only what it needs.

Orders: up to 8 years, as required for tax and accounting records.

Custom requests and reference photos: deleted within 6 months after the request is completed or declined.

Spam-protection hashes: 2 days.

We do not store card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment app or gateway you use.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for future use, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Contact us using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
