Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

All products are handmade. Photographs are representative; natural variations will occur and are not defects.

Miniatures contain small parts and are decorative keepsakes, not toys for children under 6.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and payment (or COD confirmation) is received. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Custom work begins after design approval and an advance payment. The advance is refundable until sculpting begins. You confirm you have the right to use any reference images you send us.

Course content is licensed for personal, non-commercial learning. Sharing account access or redistributing lesson videos is not permitted. You are free to sell pieces you make using what you learn.

All designs, characters, photographs and course material on this site belong to Keli Mini and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
