Fill in the form with a description and a reference photo if you have one.

Get a quote & sketch
Within 24 hours we reply on WhatsApp with a price, a timeline and a rough sketch.

Approve & pay 50%
Once you are happy with the plan, a 50% advance confirms your slot.

Progress photos
We share photos before painting so you can request small changes.

Pay the balance, and your one-of-a-kind piece ships boxed and gift-ready.
Good to know
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces take 7–12 days from approval to dispatch, plus 3–7 days for delivery. Complex scenes or wedding sets can take up to three weeks. If you have a deadline, put it in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What kind of reference photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos taken from the front, and ideally one from the side. For pets, a photo that shows the markings clearly. For people, a photo showing the outfit you want recreated.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You approve the sketch before we sculpt, and we share progress photos before painting. Small adjustments at those stages are free. Major changes after sculpting may add to the cost.
Do you ship custom orders outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. If you are abroad, many customers send a custom piece to family in India as a gift — we are happy to include a note.
Is the advance refundable?
The advance is fully refundable until we start sculpting. After that, because the piece is made just for you, it is non-refundable — but we will always work with you to get it right.
